Attached is the response to the Coalition Government’s Re-consultation on the National (Energy) Policy Statements which was approved by Billingborough Parish Council on January 10th, 2011. Once approved these policy statements will very much determine what happens to future windfarm planning applications so the battle ground is here and now and it is not a question of waiting for applications to come in.
